To guide and lend our 54 years of commercial real estate experience through the past ownership of 3 million sq. ft. that includes all asset groups and hands-on methodology…from purchasing assets, arranging financing, upgrading, managing, refinancing, and ultimately helping the investor sell for a profit.

Jeff Gitt
Jeffery Gitt began his real estate career in St. Louis with Gitt & Sons Real Estate, founded by his grandfather. By age 30, he had earned over a million dollars through buying and renovating undervalued properties.
Now at age 77, Jeff, through Gitt Realty Service, LLC, aims to help investors and brokers navigate real estate transactions. His extensive experience makes him well-equipped to handle various commercial real estate challenges.
